Whether you prefer a full sunbed, a sun shower or a facial-targeted station, the information panel next to each cabin helps you choose the ideal treatment while the Skin Control calculates the optimal minutes based on your phototype and current skin tan.

Parking

At the back of the building is a square. The entrance is on via S.Salvatore, just before the traffic lights (it is the street where the post office is). You can park in the 4 spaces marked Blue Light Solarium that you will find before the automatic gate. The 4 parking spaces reserved for TSBH can be used on Sundays and Mondays all day, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays after 6 p.m., Thursdays after 8 p.m. Abuse of our and their parking spaces can result in fines! In the Mantegazza building, next to our building, there is a parking garage that is very convenient even when it rains, in fact if you exit the building on the Via Cattori side, you are only a few steps away from us, a good part of which is under cover. The entrance for cars is at the entrance to via General Guisan. The first half hour is free and the first hour costs 1 Fr. You can also enter by inserting a credit card instead of taking a ticket and leave with the same card without going through the cashier. If you stay less than half an hour, it is still free. The municipal car park is 200 metres away (first hour free of charge) and there are several municipal car parks in the vicinity that charge a fee.


Emergency exit

You can always get out of any BlueLight, even if there is a power failure. The latter is in fact only essential to enter.

Fire-fighting systems

In Blue Light there is a fire extinguishing system. In the event of smoke on the premises, a powerful indoor and outdoor siren goes off, alarming both those in the beds and those outside.

No smoking

There is a ban on smoking in all rooms.

Video surveillance

Video surveillance systems allow us to monitor communal areas at all times, even remotely in real time.

Emergency lights

Emergency lights allow people to get dressed and find their way out in the event of a power failure.

Alarm system

Technical rooms, BLUE CHANGE, BLUE SHOP and coin boxes are permanently protected by an alarm system.

Hygiene

Every day at Blue Light we disinfect solariums thoroughly. The floors in the cabins are treated several times a day with a disinfectant product.

We ask for your cooperation

During use

Greasy products are forbidden during the session as they will irreparably damage the plexi of the couch. In this case it is obligatory to use the transparent film outside cabin 07. If you use a spray product, please spray it closely onto your hand and apply it like this to your body. This avoids soiling the whole cabin and the solarium, which, even if it is cooling down, draws a lot of air towards it. BLUE LIGHT is also liked because it is clean! Keep it that way, avoiding snacks, sandwiches etc. here and taking care not to soil it with creams, oil, talcum powder or anything else. If necessary, you can use paper or plastic wrap to protect the floor. But don't leave it on the floor during the session because it gets sucked up by the solarium. To clean you can use paper and disinfectant or water.

Before and after use

The bottles in the cabins contain an excellent disinfectant-cleaner created specifically for use in solariums. It takes 30 seconds to work. Spray it on, wait 30 seconds, then wipe with paper to clean and dry. Remember to also wipe the area where you sit to get on and off the bed. Please note that it is mandatory to disinfect thoroughly after your session. For optimal cleaning, use at least one and a half metres of paper.

Frequently Asked Questions


Is it compulsory to register on Blue Pay in order to use solariums?

No, it is not compulsory, but registering has several advantages: you only need your ID the first time to register, you can have an account on Blue Pay with attractive bonuses, you have the possibility to buy subscriptions with credit cards, Twint, etc. As the law obliges us to verify that our customers are of age, if you do not register you will have to use an ID for each session.

Can i pay with credit cards, Twint, etc.?

Yes, through Blue Pay one can also pay with many digital means of payment.

Is it possible to charge a personal account with Blue Pay?

Yes, you can upload your account if you are registered. A document is required to register. Loading your account triggers different bonuses depending on the amount loaded.

What is the name of the app that works with Blue Pay?

The app to use after registering is called 'StudioControl'.

Do coin boxes only accept 5 Fr. coins?

No, also 1- and 2-franc pieces, our tokens as well as BLUE CARD cards.

How can you obtain the BLUE CARD?

It is purchased at BLUE CHANGE by pressing the BLUE CARD button and inserting a 10 CHF note or 5/2/1 CHF coins.

How is the BLUE CARD then used?

You pay by Blue Pay, insert the card in the coin slot at the start of the payment procedure if you want to see on the small display if you have enough credit.

Can you pay with the BLUE CARD and cash at the same session?

No, but you can pay with the card and digital payment systems, but only when there is no amount on the card for the chosen session.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use it?

The credit is used automatically. If it is not enough to pay for your session, you can supplement the missing amount with other means of payment. If, on the other hand, you have a credit on your account but pay with Blue Card, the credit will not be affected.

How long does a session generally last?

Refer to the tables outside the cabins or use SkinControl!

Can the lamps be switched off on the face area?

Yes, they can be set and turned off, but not in booth 03 and booth 04. Read the detailed instructions displayed in the various booths.

What are BLUE PHONE (091 972 18 14) and BLUE MAIL?

The telephone and letterbox in the corridor opposite booths 01/02. You can call us free of charge when you find something wrong or if you have something urgent to report. The letterbox is for other non-urgent messages. All important reports are rewarded with free sessions! There is also a phone hanging to the left of Blue Pay that you can use if you need help with the terminal. All telephones connect automatically: pick up the receiver and wait for a reply.

Where is the make-up area?

In the facilities there is a large mirror where you can apply your make-up and make-up remover. A cleanser and cotton wool pads are at your disposal. Please do not wear make-up in the cabin after your session. Please leave the cabin within 4 minutes after the solarium has cooled down.
