Registration & Access
Blue Pay verifies the age of majority: simply scan your ID card, driving licence, residence permit or passport on the terminal. If you choose to register instead, you can use the Studio Control app to log in without a document with a QR that appears on the app.

In our centres, you will find all the information you need on the BLUE SCREEN. Just touch it with your finger to find an answer to all your questions.
Blue Phone
To call us if something does not work as it should. There is a telephone in our centres that is always connected to one of our operators.
Blue Mail
If the communication is not so urgent as to use the telephone, put it in our internal mailbox!
Payment & Recharges
Blue Card
The BLUE CARD is a credit card format card that can always be recharged. It is a prepaid system which in practice acts as a subscription. When the card is loaded with 50 CHF there is a bonus of 8 CHF (on the card 58 CHF), with 100 CHF the bonus is 20 CHF (on the card 120 CHF) and with 200 CHF the bonus is 45 CHF. The initial cost of the card, pre-loaded with 2 CHF is 10 CHF. The Blue Card accepts a maximum of 500 CHF, including bonus. The card is purchased via the BLUE CHANGE automatic machine. The card can be reloaded in Blue Change with cash or in Blue Pay with credit cards.
Blue Pay
With Blue Pay you can first pay for your session with coins or our Blue Card, with Twint and with all credit/debit cards, and top up your Blue Card with Twint and with all credit/debit cards. Please note that by law we first have to verify your age of majority. Register now on Blue Pay and you will no longer need an ID to access our solariums: with the SudioControl app you only need to show your personal QR code. In addition, registration will grant you other privileges: you will earn bonuses every time you top up your Blue Account above a certain amount (50, 100 and 200 CHF) and you will have the possibility to buy subscriptions. Blue Pay has a maximum recharge amount of 1,000 CHF, including bonuses.
Blue Change
With BLUE CHANGE you can exchange banknotes of up to CHF 100 for CHF 5, you can buy a BLUE CARD and reload it at any time with banknotes of up to CHF 200 and coins of CHF 5, 2, 1
Skin Control
With the SkinControl you can have your skin analysed free of charge within seconds and the device prints out a ticket with the recommended exposure times for each cabin. Do not use on hairy parts so as not to distort the measurement.
- Place the sensor on the top of the wrist and press the SET button.
- Place the sensor on the bottom of the wrist and press the SET button.
- Position the sensor just below the bend of the elbow and press the SET button.
- In 3 seconds you receive the ticket with phototype and recommended minutes for each cabin.
For the first sessions, we recommend following the exposure times indicated on the outside of each booth.
Cabin Selection – Blue Pay
Blue Pay shows in real time:
- cabin availability (green = free, red = occupied)
- price for the indicated sitting time
- time remaining sessions in progress (useful for choosing the booth with the shortest waiting time)
Step-by-step:
- Select the free booth, using the + and - buttons to set the time of your session.
- Confirm your choice of cabin and enter alone.
- Choose payment method: Credit Cards / Coins / Blue Card.
Cabin experience
Automatic timer
The solarium starts 5 minutes after payment and stops at the end of the paid time; you usually don't need all the waiting time: in this case by pressing start the solarium starts immediately. You can press start for a long time to stop the session at any time. The paid time continues to run anyway.
UV power control for Face area
Adjustable and deactivatable in all cabins except Open Sun Pilot and sun showers.
Panel
In general you can adjust the power on the face, adjust the ventilation, the temperature, you can choose the music channel and adjust the volume, you can activate 'aqua fresh' and aroma when available. You can deactivate the guide voice.
Sanitisation
Disinfection by the user is required at the end of the session. In the cabin there is disinfectant spray and paper. Spray the entire plexi, leave for 30 seconds and wipe dry with paper. For an optimal result, one and a half metres of paper is needed.
Support & Safety
Blue Phone
Free direct dial, just pick up the receiver and wait for answer, for emergencies and technical support. Helpful feedback = free session.
Blue Mail
Letterbox for non-urgent suggestions, requests or complaints.
Video surveillance
All common areas monitored H24; data stored according to Swiss Regulations.
Emergency exits
Cassarate: 2 side doors - Paradiso: 1 front door. The doors from the inside can always be opened even if there is a power failure by operating the handles.
Fire alarm
In the event of smoke, a powerful siren alarms both inside and outside the premises.
Blue Shop
Purchases are made with 5, 2 or 1 CHF coins
